BCG International is a Malaysia based Bio-Tech company with BioNexus status. BCG International involves in premium foods – Edible Bird Nest (EBN) farming, processing, OEM manufacturing as well as Biotech R&D for the past 10 years. In addition, BCG International is a CNCA/MOH/DVS certified EBN products processing plant.

Due to the increasingly stringent regulatory requirements and customers expectation of high quality and genuine EBN products, BCG International has taken the initiative to develop a highly efficient enzyme based aqueous cleaning process, which produce high quality EBN products. The Enzyme Based Hybrid Cleaning Technologies significantly reduce nitrite level in EBN. The technologies also enable BCG International to provide EBN nitrite (NO2) level deduction contract manufacturing service to others.

In order to achieve the best-in-class product traceability, BCG International has developed a state-of-art Process & Product Traceability Technologies called “Products Traceability Application System”. The traceability system is applicable to a wide range of products in food industry.

In addition, BCG International is a pioneer of CIM implementation in EBN industry. Computer-Integrated-Manufacturing (CIM) is a manufacturing approach of using computers to control the information in the entire production processes. This integration allows individual processes to exchange information with each other and initiate actions. Through the integration of computers, manufacturing can be faster and less error-prone.

Over the past 10 years, BCG International EBN Manufacturing Technologies (Equipment, Tools & Technique) has been evolved, improved & upgraded many times to exceed customer expectation in producing best-in-class products.

Besides, BCG International also develops scientific methods & system to fingerprint and authenticate EBN and its products. Another major activity of the R&D program is to utilize “activity guided fractionation” to select the active fraction of EBN for producing downstream nutraceutical and cosmeceutical products as a strategy to expand BCG International’s business by extending sales to non-traditional and non-Chinese markets. Moving forward, anti-ageing and skin beautifying products will be one of the major focus areas of the company as the market potential is huge.

Sourcing range of products is Powder Latex Examination gloves and Powder Free Latex Examination gloves. We also offer the gloves in either Smooth or Textured to suit the different market requirement which ranges from the Medical to Food Handling Industries. We’ve also plans to expand our range of products in order to meet the different needs of our customers which will consist of Latex Examination Powder Free Gloves (Polymer Coated) and also Synthetic is nitrile gloves.
